Chef Stella Karp will lead a two-hour cooking demonstration where you will indulge in cuisine from different regions in Mexico. Wine is included with the meal, and each will take home a recipe booklet with step-bystep instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of Mexico in your own home. The menu includes: guacamole served with homemade taco chips, cochinita pibil (slow-cooked pork in banana leaves), charro beans (cowboy beans), cilantro and lime rice, pickled red onions a la yucateca, homemade flour tortillas, and pastel de tres leches con almendras (almond tres leches cake).
