All of us encounter projects requiring creativity—party themes, home décor ideas, story plots— a bright idea is within reach. This two-part workshop offers tools to unlock creativity on command. In session one, we’ll share what’s worked before, practice individual brainstorming and learn fun, easy perspective-expanding tools. In session two, we’ll conduct a group brainstorm to demonstrate a powerful tool for team projects. Whether or not you have a current project, you'll gain lasting tools for idea creation. After 35 years in advertising and PR, Patti Douglass earned her doctorate at age 62 and now teaches in the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech. She believes everyone is creative and just needs the right tools to unlock it.
