For over 40 years the Home Management House (HMH) at Texas Tech provided practical experience for those interested in the scientific methods of child-rearing and household management. HMH was a national program starting in the early 1900s that was still active in Texas until the late 1970s. Attendees have the opportunity to tour one of the earliest, most historic buildings on the Texas Tech campus.
