Kris Kneese graduated from Texas A&M with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering. He gained experience working on water distribution, wastewater collection, and water/wastewater treatment plant processes while working for HDR. He currently works with the City of Fredericksburg as a staff engineer for the public works/engineering department and is the director of Public Works and Utilities.
