Sometimes a person will experience conflicts and be at a loss for how to resolve them. Most conflicts can be resolved, and a breach in a relationship can be healed or avoided. In this session, Deborah Urbanski will explain how personal backgrounds and attitudes can influence our experiences in conflicts, how to understand our feelings and explore strategies for conflict resolution.
