In 2023, the Texas House of Representatives voted to impeach Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who was then acquitted. This was the first impeachment trial of a statewide Texas official in about 100 years, and it crossed party lines. Hear the facts involving the parties and legislators involved, as well as the colorful lawyers on both prosecution and defense.
