This class provides an overview of the Texas Rangers,
tracing their origins and early history to their evolution
into the modern-day Texas Rangers. Discover how this
iconic law enforcement group has transformed over time
while maintaining its legacy in Texas history.
Instructor Chad Matlock is a Texas Ranger assigned to
Company F and has been with the Texas Rangers for
over seven years. He started his career in the United
States Air Force and eventually joined the Texas
Department of Public Safety as a highway
patrolman in 2008.
