A suite of new rules finalized by the Environmental Protection Agency to reduce air, water and waste pollution from power plants is intended to pave the way to cleaner power generation in the United States. The EPA's initiatives work to push forward improved air emissions controls, reductions in the discharge of certain coal ash related wastewaters, and assessment and cleanup of legacy coal ash disposal units. This class will provide an overview of these new rules and what it could mean for you.
