Since its inception, the automobile remains a means of personal freedom and expression as it has evolved from basic transportation to a major factor in the changing character of our nation. The Art Deco design of last century is one of the best examples of the artful auto; however, human creativity would continue to change not just the appearance, but also the performance of automobiles. Increased power, speed and styling fostered nationwide subcultures filled with hot rods, customs, lead sleds, low riders and rat rods. Join us as we explore the world of unique car clubs and the artful auto!
