There are some little-known aspects of the Key City, such as where did the confiscated booze get poured out during Prohibition? How did Mr. Wooten pay for his hotel and the Paramount Theatre? and Why did the Grace Hotel become the Drake Hotel? Bill Minter, former director of the Abilene Preservation League, will take you on a walking tour of approximately 1 mile in downtown. Keep up with what's going on now and what went on in the 1920s.
Fee: | $10.00 |
