Jane Hall | Media analyst and author Jane Hall explores with us how media technologies, practices, and formats shape political decision making; how political forces influence media institutions; and how public opinion and audiences are formed. |
Jill Hoffman | Jill Hoffman is the Helen DeVitt Jones Curator of Education for the Museum of Texas Tech University (MoTTU) and teaches in the TTU graduate Heritage & Museum Science program located at the museum. Named Assistant Director for Visitor Experience, in 2016, Dr. Hoffman has twice served as interim director at MoTTU. Previously she was the Executive Director at the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos, New Mexico. In Santa Fe, Jill was a project manager for traveling exhibits at the Museum of New Mexico and also served as the Statewide Outreach Educator traveling across the state to share objects and stories from the State museums and monuments. She earned a PhD from Penn State University, State College, Pennsylvania, where she studied how museums interpret and represent Native American art and culture. She also holds MFA, BFA and BSEd degrees in drawing, printmaking, art history, and psychology and counseling. |
