Fischer & Wieser Cooking School’s chefs Stella Kara and Kate Sheldon will take you on a journey of delicious Italian flavors with a cooking demonstration and dinner. The first course will be a Tuscan white bean soup with garlic croutons. The main course will be creamy Tuscan chicken with garlic smashed potatoes and focaccia bread. Dessert will be a lemon mascarpone panna cotta with raspberry coulis. Wine will be included with the meal.
