Many Americans possess an almost religious reverence for the United States Constitution and the concept of Civil Liberties, yet, we are largely a constitutionally illiterate nation. The Bill of Rights stands as one of the most important, and misunderstood, documents in American History. John Caraway, Government and History Professor at Cisco College, will explore the history, and personalities behind the Bill of Rights and the civil liberties guaranteed to us by this remarkable document.
