This will be an interactive presentation on the past 200 years of the Texas Rangers, taking you down the journey of the agency since 1823. There will be a video and in-depth discussion on how the Texas Rangers have evolved and their current duties, followed by a question and answer portion. Scott Stevenson, Lieutenant Texas Ranger, received his bachelor's from McMurry University in Abilene. He is married with three children. He has served 29 years with the Texas Department of Public Safety and 15 years with the Texas Ranger Division. He has provided security for Texas Tech head football coaches since 2013, from Kliff Kingsbury to current HC Joey McGuire.
