During the McPherson Cellars Wine Tasting, the host will guide guests through six different wines with detailed notes and background on the grape varieties. Guests will also learn about the history of McPherson Cellars and the family's contributions to the Texas wine industry. A guided tour of the building follows the tasting. Fee includes the tasting; additional glasses or bottles not included. Madison White, hospitality director and sommelier, brings warmth, expertise and a deep love for Texas wine. A Lubbock native and certified sommelier, Madi began in the tasting room and later returned as Wine Club & Service manager. She continues to grow her skills and wine knowledge with enthusiasm. She’s the heart of the front-of-house hospitality.
