"This course provides an in-depth exploration of home gardening and its benefits. Participants will learn how to use a simple home gardening kit to grow their own tomatoes. The course includes a live culinary medicine demonstration highlighting the connection between food and health. Additionally, participants will discover a mobile app that offers customized meal plans, recipes, and nutrition tips to support a healthy lifestyle.
