Join Abilene sculptor Steve Neves to explore his art and craft of creating lasting sculptures that delight generations of children and adults. Known for his storybook-themed works in Abilene, the Storybook Capital of the World, Steve will share his creative process, from concept to finished piece, and challenges in turning a flat illustration into a full 3D object. For students arriving for the course at the TTU HSC School of Public Health, the exterior doors in the middle of the south-facing side of the building (door 23P) will be automatically unlocked from 20 minutes before the class tme to 10 minutes after.
