Take a behind-the-scenes tour of Abi-Mar Foods, one of Abilene’s top manufacturing employers and producers of familiar baked goods under its own brands and retailers across the country. Learn how the company maintains quality, consistency and food safety while operating at large production scales. From sourcing ingredients to final packaging, participants will see modern baking in action and gain insight into the processes that bring everyday favorites to store shelves.
