Chef Pooja Hegde and her husband, Vijay, are celebrating five years as co-founders of Saffron & Spice. They host authentic Indian dining experiences and catering in the heart of West Texas. Chef Pooja appeared on Emeril Lagasse’s show, bringing her craft to a national audience.
